Privacy policy

This policy explains what information TradeSite Media collects through this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. TradeSite Media is based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we get what you type: your name, your email or phone number, your town and your message. If you tick the box for updates, we also get that consent and the date. If you call or email us, we get what you send.

Where it goes

Form messages are emailed to us. They are not stored on this website or in a database. While the email is being sent, Cloudflare holds it in an encrypted queue, for up to 4 days if delivery keeps failing. If you gave an email address, we send you one email to say your message arrived.

We use your details only to answer you and to talk about the work you asked about. We don’t sell or share them. We only send updates if you ticked the box, and every update has a way to unsubscribe.

Bot check and visit counts

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots without a puzzle. It loads only when you start filling in the form.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you. We also count how often the phone, email and “See it work” buttons are used, with no names, no IDs and no cookies.

This site doesn’t use Google Analytics, advertising tags or tracking cookies.

Coming later

We plan to add Beeline, our short question-and-answer quote form, to this site. Before it goes live, this policy will say what it collects and where it goes.
